Leigh is an author, speaker, trainer and coach…and founder of The Sales Consultancy. She helps sales professionals and business owners get more sales.
She has been in sales since 1983 and as a young sales manager became increasingly frustrated by the inconsistent performance of her sales team. This really inspired her to go and find out why this happens…and she found that what goes on in a person’s head has the biggest impact on their sales success.
In the last 15 years she has trained thousands of people to incorporate psychology to make positive changes in their attitude, approach and to boost their sales!
She has created a system that takes the best sales strategies and incorporates psychology to help people identify and overcome their psychological barriers…and develop the confidence and motivation to achieve massive sales success!
She is known for increasing sales from 20% to over 100% with sustainable ongoing growth well after the completion of her programmes and leaves people feeling inspired and motivated to take action!
Jonathan has over 30 years experience within sales, marketing and customer service environments. His sales experience ranges from selling business-to-business face to face, through to managing large teams selling services to consumers. Jonathan has a broad marketing knowledge having helped promote high profile and niche brands across a range of marketing disciplines.
Throughout his career Jonathan has led teams from 3 to 70 strong and has practised a coaching style of management dedicated to developing his staff to fulfil their potential. This interest in business coaching has been further developed in recent years and Jonathan now regularly coaches and mentors teams and individuals to succeed in business.
Paul has been with The Sales Consultancy since 2003 and has been our most successful consultant on record generating 100’s of high quality meetings for us and for our clients.
He has an extensive sales background in business to business sales, with unrivalled skills in connected with highly senior individuals within larger organisations.
His ability to really understand the needs of clients and prospects…and to give them exactly what they want is testimony to the success of our approach!
Maria has 25 years experience in customer service and project management, making her the perfect person to ensure you get exactly what you want in the way you want it!
Her mantra is “It’s got to be the absolute best it can be” and her input into The Sales Consultancy over the last 10 years has created excellent processes and measurement tools to ensure continual improvement in delivery and behind the scenes.
