Hi I’m Leigh Ashton

I’ve been in sales 29 years and a long time ago, as a young sales manager I was frustrated with the inconsistent performance of my sales team. This motivated me to find out why this happens…and how I could fix it.

That’s when I discovered that what goes on inside a person’s head has the biggest impact on whether they achieve sales success or not.

So The Sales Consultancy’s mission was born - to train, coach and mentor people in how to use psychology to make positive changes to their attitude, their approach and their sales results.

Whilst many in sales demonstrate an outer air of confidence, I’ve found that deep down that’s often far from the truth. Many lack that all important inner confidence and belief or the practical strategies they need to achieve their potential.

Conventional training doesn’t address these psychological barriers.

Our mission is to help people identify those barriers and smash through them to bring about long lasting success.

Our philosophy is also based around you getting to know your clients and prospects at a much deeper level. Selling today is more about trust, rapport and connection than ever before – and our philosophy is to make sure you have all the tools you need to achieve closer connections quickly and easily. That benefits you – and it benefits your customers too.

Lastly, it’s our aim to give you those exquisite communication skills to use with your colleagues, your team – and your bosses! ANYONE in fact.
