Leigh Ashton

I’m Leigh, founder of The Sales Consultancy.

I love working with my gorgeous clients to develop Sales Growth Mindset cultures, create empowering sales leaders and transform sales teams. Over thirty years since starting in sales, I still love to instigate relationships with sales and leadership professionals, propose and agree learning programmes, deliver them…and forge long term fruitful partnerships with our clients.  

So I’m quite busy! When I’m not working I can be found in the gym, in the forest on my mountain bike or riding pillion on my friend’s motorbike. And yes, I also love to relax at home to recharge my batteries 😊

Jonathan Mills

I’m Jonathan, the learning, ops and marketing guy at The Sales Consultancy.

I’ve worked in marketing, sales and customer service for 40 years (gulp) – and I’m driven by a commitment to provide the best support possible to our clients, including their L & D, Sales Enablement, Leaders and sales teams. This entails everything from day to day ops support through to developing new and better ways for our clients to enjoy our learning programmes.

Away from work I enjoy walking, racketball, cinema, watching my football team…and being a part time DJ 😊

Virginia Kaminske

Hi, I’m Virginia and I’ve been living and working in the UK for twenty years after arriving from Lithuania.

I have spent my career so far working in a variety of customer service and administration roles before joining The Sales Consultancy early in 2019. My role includes creating online courses and eLearning operations support…and I love being part of The Sales Consultancy team!

Away from work I love sports activities, including running, reading books and travel. And whether it’s work or pleasure I would describe myself as someone who is enthusiastic and energetic 😊
