FAQs

We follow all minimum health standards. We might require swab testing days before the training. We only strongly recommend 8 -12 participants in sessions for quality training. Physical-distanced seating and sanitation will be implemented. No one sick will be allowed to join and there will be a sanitation station in the room. We will discuss and arrange these with the client and make sure they are comfortable.

Live in-person training is the most practical for sales teams that wouldn’t have to spend money and effort flying in its members to a central location. If you are operating with your team close to each other, this mode of training will be excellent for you – there is more immersive interaction and “realness”. However, if you choose to fly in your members to a venue, Leigh Ashton will go anywhere you chose.

The duration, frequency, and scheduling of a live in-person training set will significantly depend on the client’s needs and availability. We can do a 5-day straight course set or a once a week for a month scheduling. There is no definitive answer to this question because client’s needs vary.

Leigh Ashton will be the main trainer, with supplemental help from other expert associates. She will be with you from start to finish and ensure that you end the sessions happy as a better version of your sales team.

When you are looking to sign-up for in-room sales training, contact us as early as possible as there are a substantial amount of preparation to be done. We have to discuss with you the venue, possibly travel arrangements and lodging, etc.
