Delivery
Our tangible products are shipped via Royal Mail. We aim to despatch your purchase within two days from purchase date.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Return your purchase to The Sales Consultancy, 1 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2EX stating the issue you have with the product. We will issue a refund. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Booking Training and Events with The Sales Consultancy
Booking Terms & Conditions for participants of all Training and Events held by or delivered by The Sales Consultancy
These booking conditions set out your agreement with The Sales Consultancy and apply to each event or training you have booked.
In these terms and conditions, all references to “us”, “our” and “we” mean The Sales Consultancy.
Booking Cancellation by You
In the event of you cancelling your booking the following charges will apply:
– More than 21 days prior to the event – full refund
– Within 21 days of the event – 50% Refunded to you
– Within 8 days of the event – 25% Refunded to you
– Within 3 days of the event – No Refund available
Event cancellation by us
If for any reason we deem it necessary to cancel a Training or Event we will refund the total amount you have paid. This is your sole right and remedy against us and you will have no other claim against us for a refund or for compensation.
Changes by us – Events
We may for any reason deem it necessary to change the Event date, venue, or hours and if so we will notify you. In such circumstances you retain the right to cancel your booking and will receive a full refund from us
Transferring tickets – Events
In the event that you cannot attend the Event for which you booked, your ticket is transferable to another person, provided that you identify to us the person to whom you wish to transfer your ticket together with full contact details for your substitute. Once the transfer has taken place the transferee will be bound by the same terms & conditions as the original ticket holder.
Refunds
Should a refund be due to you, we will process it within 10 working days from the date that The Sales Consultancy acknowledges that refund is due to you.
